We’re hiring two full time after-sales advisors, permanent positions, Monday to Friday rolling 08:00am to 16:00pm, 09:00am to 17:00pm, 9:30am to 17:30pm.
The Automotive Group are a successful family-owned business trading for more than 45 years.
As the successful candidate you will be supported and developed with a training plan delivering a full working knowledge across all aspects of After-sales Customer Support and Systems within this growing business.
Working in a small busy office and taking an active role within the customer care team.
A range of duties including answering telephones responding to technical queries, identifying and implementing customer solutions, communicating across departments, data entry and filing. You must have experience in Microsoft packages.
Empathy and understanding is necessary due to our customer base, that rely on their vehicles for all of their mobility.
You will ensure that our customer’s wheelchair accessible vehicle continues to meet their mobility and family needs.
Helping customers manage service, MOT and anything to do with their accessible vehicle.
Attention to detail with an ability to concentrate working accurately within the data base is very important. Telephone will be used extensively requiring excellent communication skills as you will be a direct link with our customers.

This After-sales Advisor role will involve communication with our customers throughout the life cycle of their wheelchair accessible vehicle and fundamental to delivery of a first-class customer experience.

Salary: £20,500.00-£21,000.00 per year
