As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales department by providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and supporting the overall sales process. You will work closely with our external sales team, supporting them in achieving their measures and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients to generate new sales opportunities.
- Empathetic customer engagement, understand that each customer is unique and approach every interaction with empathy. Listen actively to their needs, concerns, and goals. Provide a personalised and compassionate response.
- Respond to inquiries, provide product information, and address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with the external sales team to create and follow up on sales leads and quotations.
- Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and documentation.
- Provide post-sales support, including order tracking, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge sessions to enhance your expertise.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
- Knowledge of automotive products and market trends (preferred).
